Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and professional Admission Counsellors to guide prospective students through the admission process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, robust interpersonal abilities, and a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students regarding courses, admissions, and enrolment procedures.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programmes.
- Follow up with prospective students to maximise admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and admissions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless admission process.
- Achieve individual and team admission targets.
- Provide prompt, professional,



and student-focused support throughout the admission journey.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in admission counselling, education counselling, telesales, or customer support.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, counselling, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Working Model

Hybrid Work Schedule

- Work From Office: Continuous 5 hours between 1:00 PM and 8:00 PM
- Work From Home: Continuous 3 hours between 8:30 PM and 2:30 AM

The exact shift timings will be assigned based on business requirements.
