About the Job:

We are hiring HR Executives for our hospital units to manage recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, attendance management, HR documentation, staff engagement activities, and day-to-day HR operations.



The candidate will coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and ensure smooth HR processes as per hospital policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handling recruitment and interview coordination
- Employee onboarding and joining formalities
- Maintaining attendance, leave, and HR records
- Coordinating with departments for staffing requirements
- Assisting in payroll inputs and employee documentation
- Managing employee engagement and grievance handling
- Ensuring compliance with hospital HR policies
- Preparing HR reports and maintaining databases

Eligibility

- Graduation mandatory (BBA / BMS / B.Com / Any Graduate)
- MBA HR preferred
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Hospital experience preferred
- Freshers may also apply

Thane | Kalwa | Mumbra | Ulhasnagar | Mira Road | Vasai

Salary:
