Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate civil and electrical works at project sites. Ensure all site activities are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Monitor daily progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams. Supervise manpower deployment and site workforce activities. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained. Monitor installation of electrical systems, cable laying, conduits, panels, and related works. Supervise civil activities including excavation, concreting, masonry, finishing, and structural works. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Verify material requirements and coordinate material deliveries to the site. Prepare daily progress reports, site records, and work completion reports. Identify and resolve site-related technical and operational issues. Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover activities. Attend site meetings and provide project status updates to management.



Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in civil and electrical construction projects. Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and electrical installation practices. Ability to read and interpret construction and electrical drawings. Familiarity with site quality standards and safety regulations. Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Office and project documentation. Ability to manage multiple site activities simultaneously.
