Job Summary

Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences invites applications from passionate and academically driven candidates for the position of Assistant Professor – Management. The faculty member will be responsible for teaching, research, student mentoring, curriculum development, and contributing to academic and institutional excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver lectures for undergraduate and postgraduate Management programmes.
- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Mentor and guide students in academics, projects, internships, and career development.
- Contribute to curriculum development and academic quality enhancement initiatives.
- Undertake research activities and publish in reputed journals.
- Organize seminars, workshops, conferences, and student development programmes.
- Participate in accreditation, ranking,



and other institutional activities.
- Support departmental and administrative responsibilities assigned by the institution.

Qualification

- MBA with Ph.D. in a relevant Management specialization is preferred.
- Candidates pursuing (currently doing) a Ph.D. in a relevant Management specialization are also encouraged to apply.

Experience

- Prior teaching, research, or industry experience in Management is preferred.
- Fresh candidates with strong academic credentials may also be considered.

Required Skills

- Strong subject knowledge and teaching aptitude.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Research orientation and publication experience.
- Student mentoring and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
