Role Overview

We are seeking a highly articulate, persuasive, and empathetic Collections Specialist to manage our accounts receivable and outstanding collections. Because our clientele includes luxury car owners, corporate partners, and high-net-worth individuals, this role demands exceptional communication skills, absolute professionalism, and a soft yet firm approach to securing payments while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Note: While strong interpersonal skills often associated with diverse customer service backgrounds are a plus, we welcome outstanding communicators of any gender.

Key Responsibilities

· Proactive Collection Management: Track outstanding invoices and execute systematic, polite, and effective follow-ups via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

· Relationship Preservation: Approach payment discussions with tact, ensuring that the premium brand reputation of Ceramic Pro and Kavaca is maintained.

· Dispute Resolution: Listen actively to customer grievances or payment delays,



coordinate with the internal service/sales teams, and resolve billing discrepancies smoothly.

· Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate, up-to-date logs of all follow-up actions, payment commitments, and collection statuses in our CRM system.

· Reporting: Provide weekly and monthly reports to management on aging accounts, collections achieved, and critical outstanding cases.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

· Education: Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

· Experience: 1–2 years of experience in customer service, premium relationship management, front-desk operations, or accounts receivable/collections. Experience in a luxury retail or automotive environment is a major plus.

· Language Skills: Absolute fluency in English and Hindi (mandatory). Perfect command over spoken and written language is mandatory.

· Exceptional Verbal & Written Communication: Ability to communicate politely, clearly, and persuasively.

· High Emotional Intelligence: Ability to handle difficult or defensive customers with patience, calmness, and grace under pressure.

· Strong Negotiation Skills: Firm enough to secure commitments, yet polite enough to keep the customer happy.

· Detail-Oriented: Comfortable working with numbers, invoices, and basic spreadsheet tracking.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
