We are Hiring: Virtual/Resume Analyst

At Data Engineer Academy, we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual / Resume Analyst to help our clients optimize their resumes, manage job applications, and streamline the overall job search process.

What we are looking for:

- 3-6 years of experience in IT recruitment, resume analysis, or talent acquisition (Mostlyin Tech, Data, or Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, MS Word, Google Workspace, and documentation.
- Experience managing job portals such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, ZipRecruiter, and other recruitment platforms.




- Ability to optimize resumes and LinkedIn profiles based on job descriptions.
- Experience creating and maintaining application trackers, reports, SOPs, and operational documents.
- Basic video editing skills, including trimming, formatting, and uploading videos.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
- A startup mindset—proactive, adaptable, outcomes-focused, and willing to take ownership.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.
