Job Description: Contracts Manager (Civil)

Designation: Contracts Manager – Civil
Experience: 10-15 years

Salary Range: ₹1,00,000 - ₹1,50,000 per month (CTC)
Qualification: B.E. Civil
Notice Period: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Administer civil contracts from award to project completion.
- Review contract agreements, BOQs, drawings, and specifications.
- Prepare and evaluate variation orders, claims, and change requests.
- Monitor contractual compliance and project obligations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Verify RA bills, payment certifications, and final account settlements.
- Identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks.
- Support tender evaluation and contract negotiations.
- Maintain contract documentation, correspondence, and records.
- Resolve contractual disputes and ensure timely project closure.

URGENT REQUIREMENT

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
