Operations

- Monitor daily plant generation and performance.
- Ensure maximum plant availability.
- Analyze plant performance and identify losses.
- Coordinate with SCADA monitoring team.

Maintenance

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults.
- Maintain inverters, transformers, switchgear, panels, and cables.
- Schedule equipment servicing.

Performance Monitoring

- Monitor PR (Performance Ratio), CUF, and energy generation.
- Analyze inverter and string-level performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

Breakdown Management

- Attend equipment breakdowns immediately.
- Perform root cause analysis.
- Reduce equipment downtime.

Safety

- Follow electrical safety procedures.




- Ensure PPE compliance.
- Conduct toolbox talks.
- Maintain safety records.

Documentation

- Maintain maintenance logs.
- Prepare service reports.
- Update spare parts inventory.
- Maintain checklists and inspection records.

Coordination

- Coordinate with vendors and OEMs.
- Supervise technicians and contractors.
- Support audits and inspections.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
