Hiring: Electrical Manager – Solar EPC

Location: Pune (Head Office)

Experience: 8–10 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage electrical engineering support for utility-scale ground-mounted solar PV projects.

- Review and validate electrical designs, SLDs, BOQs, specifications, and engineering deliverables prepared by the design team/consultants.

- Provide technical guidance to project teams for DC, AC, HT, and evacuation systems.

- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Project Execution, QA/QC, and Commissioning teams.

- Review and approve vendor technical documents, datasheets, drawings, and compliance documents.

- Support techno-commercial evaluation of electrical equipment and vendor selection.

- Monitor electrical execution activities and resolve technical issues from project sites.

- Support testing, commissioning, grid synchronization, and handover activities.

- Identify opportunities for design optimization, cost reduction, and improvement in plant performance.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of utility-scale solar PV electrical systems.

- Experience in:

- Solar DC & AC systems

- Inverters, transformers, HT panels, RMU, switchgear

- 11KV/33kV/132kV evacuation systems

- Protection systems and relay coordination

- Earthing and lightning protection

- SCADA and communication systems

- Testing & commissioning processes

- Experience in reviewing engineering documents and managing technical interfaces.





- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and technical documentation.

Preferred Experience

- 8–10 years of experience in utility-scale ground-mounted solar EPC projects.

- Experience handling multiple solar projects (100 MW and above).

- Experience in SECI, NTPC, SJVN, MSEDCL, or other utility projects will be an advantage.

- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹46,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
