We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our design team. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings, coordinating with consultants, and overseeing project execution from concept to completion. The role requires robust design skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple residential and commercial projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts, presentations, and design proposals.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation.
- Create 3D models, renders, and presentation materials.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior consultants.
- Attend client meetings and present design solutions.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
- Ensure compliance with local building by-laws, regulations, and approval requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams during execution.
- Assist in obtaining statutory approvals and permits.
- Maintain project schedules, documentation, and quality standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
