Key Activities

· Prepare product upload sheets.

· Compile product titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing and attributes.

· Organise product images and digital assets.

· Coordinate with the E-Commerce & Operations Specialist and internal Web Development team.

· Maintain organised catalogue records.

Product Data Quality & Validation

Key Activities

· Review catalogue data.

· Validate pricing, variants and size charts.

· Ensure naming standards.

· Escalate discrepancies.

Inventory Monitoring & Reporting

Key Activities

· Prepare inventory reports.

· Highlight stock discrepancies.

· Support inventory visibility.

Marketplace Catalogue Support

Key Activities

· Prepare marketplace templates.

· Support catalogue updates after approval.

Reporting & Business Analysis

Key Activities

· Prepare Excel reports.

· Maintain structured business data.

· Highlight unusual trends.





Skills & Competencies Microsoft Excel Proficiency

· Working with large datasets
· Sorting and filtering information
· SUM, AVERAGE, IF, COUNTIF, SUMIF, VLOOKUP (or XLOOKUP) and INDEX-MATCH
· Conditional Formatting
· Data Validation
· Pivot Tables
· Preparing structured reports

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
