- Manage the execution of interior and turnkey projects within defined timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, procurement plans, and resource allocation.
- Conduct site inspections to track progress, quality standards, and compliance.
- Resolve site-level challenges efficiently and maintain clear documentation.
- Ensure adherence to design specifications, safety norms, and project deliverables.
- Manage project reporting and regular communication with senior management.
