Role Snapshot:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Pre-Sales Executive to support our business events and community initiatives. The role involves assisting with event registrations, participant coordination, and pre-event communication to ensure smooth execution of our programs.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, managing details, and ensuring things move forward through consistent follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:
Event Registrations & Participant Management

- Handle participant registrations for business events, seminars, and networking programs
- Maintain and update registration databases and participant lists
- Track confirmations, payments, and attendance status

Communication & Follow-ups

- Reach out to prospective participants via calls, email, and WhatsApp
- Share event details, reminders, and necessary information with registered participants
- Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure confirmations and participation

Coordination Support

- Coordinate with internal teams for event preparation




- Assist in sending invitations, registration links, and event updates
- Support event logistics related to participants

Data Management

- Maintain clean and organized records of leads and registrations
- Generate simple reports on registrations, confirmations, and participation

Participant Experience

- Ensure participants receive timely communication and support
- Address basic queries regarding event details, venue, agenda, etc.

Required Experience:

- 0-3 years experience in pre-sales, event coordination, customer support, or inside sales
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply

Key Skills:

- Good communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)
- Robust follow-up and coordination abilities
- Comfortable speaking with professionals and business owners
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
