Pay Structure :- 10-12000/- per month

Reporting to :- Senior Manager/General Manager/CMD

JOB BRIEF

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Retail Store Billing Executive to join our team.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

1. Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently at the checkout counter

2. Calculate and verify prices, discounts, and totals for each transaction

3. Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and other forms of transactions

4. Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges as per store policies

5. Assist customers with any billing inquiries or issues

6. Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and reconcile cash drawer at the end of the shift

7. Collaborate with sales associates and other staff to ensure smooth customer flow

8.



Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies

9. Stay updated on product information and promotions to provide accurate billing details to customers

10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding billing and customer interactions

EDUCATION

Minimum Education :- 10th/12th/ Graduate

Technical Education :- MBA in Finance

EXPERIENCE

Minimum Experience :- 6 Months of Tally :-

BEHAVIROUAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS

a. Fluent in English

b. Good communication skills (Writing & Speaking both)

c. Leadership skills.

d. Knowledge of MS Office & Tally..
