- Review and understand approved PHE drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements.
- Plan, supervise, and execute plumbing, water supply, drainage, sanitary, and firefighting works at project sites.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, contractors, and other MEP disciplines.
- Ensure that all PHE works are executed as per approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Monitor site activities, manpower, materials, equipment, and work progress.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify any technical issues or deviations.
- Prepare and review material requirements, technical submittals, shop drawings, and work schedules.
- Ensure proper installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of PHE systems.




- Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and safety requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Attend project meetings and provide technical updates regarding PHE works.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors and monitor their work performance.
- Support the preparation of quantity take-offs, BOQs, estimates, and project-related documentation.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
