Job Description:
We are looking for a agile and technically skilled Service Engineer cum Lead Generator to join our team. This hybrid role combines technical servicing of our products and identifying potential business opportunities during customer visits.

Responsibilities

- Key Responsibilities:

- Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment or systems at client sites.

- Provide technical support and ensure customer satisfaction post-service.

- Identify potential sales opportunities while interacting with clients and report leads to the sales team.

- Prepare service reports and maintain records of customer interactions.

- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for seamless service and lead follow-ups.

- Educate customers about available upgrades, add-ons,



or new products.

Requirements:

- Diploma or Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics or related field).

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in field service or maintenance role.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Technical aptitude with problem-solving ability.

- Willingness to travel to client sites (local/regional).

- Basic understanding of sales and customer engagement is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
