Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by the company.
- Develop new business opportunities through dealers, distributors, retailers, and institutional customers.
- Expand market presence by identifying current sales channels and customer segments.
- Build long-term relationships with channel partners and key customers.
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.

Technical Sales Support

- Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features and benefits.
- Assist customers in selecting products based on their requirements.
- Provide technical consultations before and after the sale.
- Address technical queries and recommend suitable solutions.

Channel Management

- Appoint and develop dealers, distributors, and retail partners.
- Conduct product knowledge and sales training for channel partners.
- Monitor channel performance and support sales growth initiatives.
- Ensure product availability and visibility across assigned territories.

Customer Relationship Management

- Maintain regular contact with customers to understand their requirements.




- Resolve customer complaints by coordinating with technical and service teams.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collect customer feedback for product improvement.

Market Intelligence

- Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
- Identify emerging customer needs and provide feedback to Product Management and R&D.;
- Submit market intelligence reports and sales forecasts.

Product Promotion

- Support exhibitions, trade fairs, roadshows, dealer meets, and product launches.
- Conduct awareness programs and technical seminars for customers and channel partners.
- Promote new product launches and marketing campaigns.

Reporting & Documentation

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, customer visits, and sales pipeline.
- Track quotations, enquiries, orders, collections, and customer follow-ups.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
