Job Summary:
We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive with a proven track record in Upwork bidding and lead generation. You will be responsible for bringing in international projects for our Digital Marketing and IT services. This role requires working the Night Shift to communicate with clients in the US, UK, and Australian markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate business through online portals like Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru.
- Write customized, high-converting proposals and cover letters.
- Handle end-to-end communication with international clients (Initial pitch to closing).
- Identify and target potential clients for SEO, ORM, Social Media, Digital Marketing.




- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and meet monthly revenue targets.

What We’re Looking For:

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT/Digital Marketing bidding.
- Robust understanding of Upwork algorithms and proposal ranking.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and explain digital marketing ROI.
