Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to manage and optimize website performance across search engines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing organic traffic, improving keyword rankings, and driving high-quality leads through proven SEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct keyword research and search intent analysis
- Optimize on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, content, internal linking)
- Perform technical SEO audits (site speed, indexing, crawl errors, schema, mobile optimization)
- Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies (backlinks, outreach, authority building)
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
- Optimize existing content and collaborate with content teams for SEO-friendly content creation
- Track rankings, traffic, and conversions; prepare monthly SEO reports
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and SEO best practices




- Identify SEO opportunities for lead generation and revenue growth

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and ranking factors
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.)
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website structures (basic to intermediate)
- Experience with WordPress or CMS platforms
- Ability to analyze data and turn insights into action
- Solid communication and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
- Knowledge of content marketing & CRO
- Experience working with international SEO or multilingual sites
- Agency experience is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
