Field Marketing Executive / Business Development Executive

Job Responsibilities:
➡ Promote the Company's products and services through direct field marketing.
➡ Generate leads for Gold Purchase, Gold Jewellery, and Gold Pledge Release services.
➡ Identify and develop Channel Partners and Master Franchise prospects.
➡ Visit residential, commercial, and business locations to meet prospective customers.
➡ Conduct promotional activities, campaigns, and awareness programs.
➡ Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
➡ Coordinate with the Tele Sales team for follow-ups and conversions.
➡ Submit daily visit reports and lead generation reports.
➡ Achieve monthly business development targets.

Candidate Requirements:

✔Minimum 1 year of Field Marketing / Sales / Business Development experience.





✔ Ability to communicate in any two Telugu, English and Hindi

✔ Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.

✔ Self-motivated and target-oriented.

✔ Willingness to travel extensively within Hyderabad and surrounding areas.

✔ Two-wheeler with a valid driving license will be preferred.

✔ Experience in Banking, Finance, Gold Loans, Jewellery, Insurance, Real Estate, Direct Sales, FMCG, or Financial Services will be an added advantage.
