Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Architect to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end automation frameworks and solutions across IT operations and software delivery. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in test automation, DevOps pipelines, CI/CD integration, and enterprise automation tools. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement scalable automation frameworks for enterprise applications and infrastructure. Define automation strategy, standards, and best practices across teams. Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure automation integration within CI/CD pipelines. Identify and implement opportunities for process automation and optimization. Evaluate, select, and implement automation tools and technologies. Lead and mentor automation engineers to build high-performing teams.



Ensure all automation solutions comply with security, scalability, and performance requirements. Required Skills: Strong expertise in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, etc.). Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#. Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Bamboo). Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). Solid understanding of API automation, performance testing, and infrastructure as code (IaC). Excellent leadership, communication, and architectural design skills. Positive to Have: Experience in RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) or AIOps tools. Exposure to security automation and DevSecOps practices.
