Job Requirements

Main requirement of this role is to support the maintenance and repair process for equipment in Oil & Gas /Petrochemical sector. The candidate would be responsible for maintaining SAP Master data for client.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparing LSMW Templates for creation & modification of PM plans based on Equipment Strategy Provided by subject matter experts.
- Preparing LSMW Templates for creation & modification of Material Codes based on inputs from site.
- Updating & Maintaining Tracker for PM change Tickets.
- Detailed analysis of existing PM Master data of facility for anomalies & propose solutions for same.
- Preparing monthly reports & presentations to client.
- Solely responsible for planning and executing SAP support activities regard to SAP – Plant Maintenance. Familiar with creation of entire master data, Maintenance plans, Maintenance Item, Tasklist, Object list, Measuring point, counters, PM work center, Control key, scheduling parameters.
- To view and understand the Equipment Master configuration, Technical Equipment, Functional Location, Work Centre and Bill of Material (BOM).
- To lead & guide team.
- Understand client requirements,



functional specifications and provide solutions to configure the system accordingly.

Work Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation) from a recognized university.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on working experience in Field Plant Maintenance in Oil & Gas /Petrochemical sector.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on working experience with SAP PM (Implementation/Support Projects).
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with CMMS. Detailed knowledge of the SAP plant maintenance master data, Maintenance notifications, Maintenance orders, Preventive Maintenance, Calibration process and Refurbishment Process.
- Strong computer skills including advanced proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Excel.
- Ability to multi-task in a high volume, rapid-paced work environment with strict deadlines
- Good knowledge in Drawings & Documents i.e. P&ID;, PFD, SLD, Layout, OEM Manual etc.
- Knowledge in Excel Macro and SAP scripting will be added advantage.
