Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly closing reports.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Reconcile bank accounts, ledgers, and vendor/customer accounts.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
- Prepare and file GST and TDS returns.
- Process payroll entries and monitor employee reimbursements.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and tax consultants during audits.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
- Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping of financial transactions.
- Identify process improvements and maintain internal financial controls.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
