We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Assistant to support our Accounts team with day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documents.
- Prepare and process purchase invoices, sales invoices, and payment vouchers.
- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor/customer accounts.
- Record daily financial transactions in accounting software.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support GST/VAT/TDS and other statutory compliance activities (as applicable).
- Maintain petty cash records and expense reports.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding payment-related queries.
- Organize and maintain accounting files and documentation.
- Assist during internal and external audits.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
- Qualifications




- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Required Skills
- Knowledge of Tally Software - Tally 7.2 and Tally Prime Gold.
- Management Accounting.Excel.Banking Knowledge.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with GST, TDS, payroll, or taxation processes.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Basic understanding of financial reporting and statutory compliance.
