- Freshers with a BBA or MBA are encouraged to apply.
- Graduates with up to 2 years of customer support experience are also eligible.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with CRM/LMS tools is an added advantage.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.
Role Overview:
As a Support Executive, you will handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and provide seamless post-sales support through phone, email, and chat. You will ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective solutions while maintaining a customer-first approach.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
