Roles & Responsibilities

· Overall in-charge of project site stores, inventory management, and material reconciliation.

· Ensure receipt, proper storage, and issuance of project materials as per company SOP.

· Maintain updated stock registers (manual/digital) and reconcile with ERP/records.

· Prepare GRN & support ERP entries

· Verify vendor challans, GRNs, and coordinate with accounts for material inward entries.

· Ensure secure custody of tools, tackles, and project-specific consumables.

· Monitor physical verification of materials weekly and monthly.

· Handle billing support verify material consumption against BOQ & contractor bills.

· Supervise site in charges /store in charges for day-to-day operations.

· Liaison with Planning /Billing team for material reconciliation and project cost monitoring.

· Implement safety and housekeeping norms in stores area.

· Report shortages, damages, or pilferage immediately to Project Manager.





· Support project execution through coordination with Site Engineers for timely material availability

· Submit weekly/monthly reports on inventory, billing, and site progress

· Liaise with procurement and vendors for timely material availability.

Compliance with Regulatory norms

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
