Job Title: Site Supervisor
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and monitor work progress.
- Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and vendors.
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor material usage and maintain site inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update project status.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues in coordination with the project team.
- Maintain site cleanliness and discipline.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor.
- Basic knowledge of construction methods, site execution, and safety practices.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage manpower and meet project deadlines.
- Willingness to travel within Chennai if required.
