- Source and purchase HVAC items like AHUs, VRVs, copper pipe insulations, ADP ducts, grills, diffusers, and MS pipes.
- Relationships with reliable suppliers, evaluate and select vendors, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure the best deals.
- Monitor inventory levels to avoid overstocking and ensure availability.
- Track expenses, manage budgets, and implement cost-saving strategies.
- Ensure all materials meet required specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and prepare regular reports.
- Collaborate with project teams to understand material requirements and ensure timely delivery.
Requirements:
- B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2 to 3 years in HVAC procurement or a related field.
- Solid negotiation, vendor management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and materials.
