Position: Telecalling Executive – Insurance Renewal
Industry: Automobile (Royal Enfield Dealership)
Location: Industrial Area Panchkula
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year (Telecalling, Customer Service or Sales experience preferred)
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to manage insurance renewal calls for our dealership customers. The candidate will be responsible for contacting existing customers, explaining insurance renewal benefits, coordinating with the insurance team, and ensuring timely policy renewals while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact customers whose vehicle insurance is due for renewal.
- Remind customers about policy expiry dates and renewal deadlines.
- Explain available insurance plans, perks, and renewal offers.
- Follow up with interested customers until policy renewal is completed.
- Coordinate with the Insurance Executive and Sales/Service departments for smooth processing.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update call status in the CRM/Excel.




- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.
- Prepare daily call reports and renewal status reports.
- Maintain a positive and courteous attitude during customer interactions.

Eligibility

- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in telecalling, customer support, insurance, or automobile industry will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred).
- Polite and customer-friendly personality.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Good follow-up and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Working Hours

- 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
- Weekly Off: As per company policy.
