We are looking for Placement Officer for Building and maintaining relationships with corporates for recruitment of trained candidates, Liaising with students and employers during recruitment process.

Role & Responsibilities

- Ability to facilitate Industry / Institute interaction.
- Positive attitude, proactive and optimistic nature.
- out students and to create data base of recruiting industries and organization.
- Any other duties assigned by Centre in- charge relevant to student.
- To have close liaison with industry for the placement of students.
- To work in consultation with coordinator Industry –Institute interaction for organizing lectures from the professionals and industry.
- To collect feedback from the companies coming for placement.
- Arrange training programmers for soft skills and for interview facing skills for the students using institutional and external expertise.




- To organize the entrepreneurship workshops to look after the training and placement activities of students to have close liaison with industry for the placement of students.
- To work in consultation with coordinator Industry –Institute interaction for organizing Mock Interviews and resume Drafting from the professionals.
- Positive attitude, proactive and optimistic nature.

Requirements and skills

- Excellent communication skills (oral & written) and Interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create and build reciprocal relations with plastics and allied Industries, Manufacturing industries, PSUs, MNCs and other organizations.
- Ability to work and keep calm under pressure.
- Ability to facilitate Industry / Institute interaction.
- Positive attitude, proactive and optimistic nature.
