Job Title: HR Executive

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills and be capable of managing end-to-end recruitment processes independently.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Prepare offer letters and support onboarding activities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative activities and employee documentation.




- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

- MBA (HR) is mandatory.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment.
- Strong hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and HR documentation.
- Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.
