Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of customer-centric solutions across insurance and related domains.
- Own end-to-end solution architecture, including discovery, target architecture, roadmaps, and implementation strategy.
- Drive solutioning activities for RFPs, proposals, estimations, and transformation initiatives.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align solutions with business and transformation objectives.
- Lead large engineering and modernization programs involving complex development, integration, and cloud transformation initiatives.
- Govern architecture, scalability, security, resiliency, performance, and delivery quality across enterprise programs.
- Establish best practices for cloud-native engineering, microservices, API ecosystems, event-driven architectures, and application modernization.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and executive leadership teams.
- Lead architecture review boards, steering committees, and governance forums.
- Drive Agile, SAFe, DevSecOps, CI/CD, SRE, and test automation adoption across engagements.




- Collaborate with sales and account teams to shape opportunities, support solution presentations, and win strategic deals.
- Build practice assets, reference architectures, accelerators, frameworks, and reusable components.
- Mentor architects, engineering managers, and technical leaders while fostering a culture of engineering excellence.
- Champion innovation across Cloud, AI, GenAI, Enterprise AI, Intelligent Automation, and digital engineering initiatives.

RequirementsMust-Have Skills

- 15+ years of experience in application engineering, architecture, consulting, and delivery leadership.
- 5+ years of experience in Architecture, Practice, Delivery, or Portfolio Leadership roles.
- Minimum 4+ years working as a Solution Architect with architecture consulting and advisory responsibilities.
- Proven experience leading large-scale engineering and transformation programs.
- Strong pre-sales experience including solution design, estimations, RFP responses, proposals, and client presentations.
- Expertise in Digital Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Application Modernization, and Integration Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of microservices, cloud-native architectures, APIs, event-driven systems, and modernization frameworks.
- Hands-on exposure to AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Containers, Infrastructure as Code, and Platform Engineering.
- Experience in Agile/SAFe delivery, DevSecOps, CI/CD, test automation, and governance frameworks.
- Demonstrated client-facing experience with international customers across US, UK, Australia, or similar markets.
- Excellent executive stakeholder management, consulting, presentation, and communication skills.
- Insurance domain expertise with exposure to P&C; Insurance and Reinsurance.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Guidewire, Duck Creek, Socotra, Origami, or similar insurance platforms.
- Knowledge of TOGAF, Zachman, or enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI),



Generative AI (GenAI), Agentic AI, LLMs, and Intelligent Automation.
- Experience building reusable accelerators, frameworks, and engineering assets.
- Cloud, Architecture, SAFe, Security, Kubernetes, or TOGAF certifications.
