Position: Chief Financial Officer

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning and Analysis

- Lead and oversee all aspects of financial planning and analysis (FP&A;).
- Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances.
- Provide accurate and timely financial reports and forecasts to support decision-making.

- Budgeting and Forecasting

- Manage the annual budgeting process in collaboration with department heads.
- Develop and maintain long-term financial forecasts to guide strategic planning.
- Ensure budgets align with company goals and operational plans.

- Regulatory Compliance

- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulatory and reporting requirements.
- Oversee internal audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting.
- Maintain and enforce robust internal controls and financial policies.

- Financial Strategy and Risk Management





- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with company objectives.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks to the business.
- Oversee capital structure, cash flow, investment strategies, and debt management.

- IPO Preparation and Execution

- Lead financial aspects of IPO planning, including due diligence, documentation, compliance, and investor relations.
- Collaborate with legal, investment banking, and regulatory advisors to ensure a smooth IPO process.

- Leadership and Collaboration

- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of performance, integrity, and collaboration.
- Partner with other senior executives to drive cross-functional initiatives and strategic decisions.

Required Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
- Attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
- Positive communication and reporting abilities.
- Familiarity with accounting standards and financial modelling.
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
- Candidate should be from the automotive industry.
