Summary

Looking for an experienced SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Developer to join a global Identity & Access Management team. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing IAM solutions, onboarding enterprise applications, configuring workflows and rules, and ensuring secure identity governance across the organization. If you have strong expertise in SailPoint IIQ, Java, IAM principles, and stakeholder management, this is an excellent opportunity to work on enterprise-scale security initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement Identity & Access Management solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ, including application onboarding, workflows, rules, connectors, and lifecycle management.
- Configure identity governance capabilities such as RBAC, role mining, access certifications, SoD, reporting, provisioning, and identity lifecycle (JML) processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide IAM consulting,



and ensure secure onboarding of enterprise applications aligned with organizational standards.
- Perform product upgrades, patch installations, deployment automation, testing, documentation, and production support while ensuring SLA adherence and governance compliance.
- Lead technical implementation, mentor junior team members, and contribute to continuous improvement of IAM processes, security controls, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

- 7+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management with at least 4-5 years of hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ development and implementation.
- Strong expertise in SailPoint IIQ architecture, Java/BeanShell development, workflows, rules, connectors, application onboarding, provisioning, and identity lifecycle management.
- Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, SQL, relational databases, REST/API integrations, CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps/GitLab/Jenkins), and Linux environments.
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts including RBAC, Access Governance, Access Certification, SoD, Identity Provisioning, and Security Compliance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience working with global teams, preferably UK stakeholders.
