Position: Maintenance Fitter
Location: Ahmedabad

Responsibilities:
- Plan system layout, installation, or repair according to specifications.
- Assemble and secure tubes, fittings and related equipment, according to specifications, by welding, brazing, cementing, soldering and threading joints.
- Lay out full scale drawings of plant equipments following blueprints.
- Inspect, examine, and test installed systems.
- Inspect components, assemblies and sub-assemblies to minimize rejections.
- Inspect equipment and perform preventative maintenance.
- Remove and replace worn out components.
- Perform economical upkeep of all equipments in the plant.
- Source spares and do inventory control.
- Face audits and do the follow up for the job works.
- Examine blueprints and materials list to obtain parts specifications.
- Periodically compare dimensions of assembly to blueprint specifications, using square, rule and calipers.
Required Skills:
