- 8 to 10 years project management experience.
- Positive in Delivery management, Handled large projects (2 to 5 million worth), at least 2 projects.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent Customer Interfacing skills.
- Excellent Stakeholder Management.
- Good in Team management skills; should have handled at least 30 to 50 member team (Minimum).
- Candidate should have 10 to 15 years of experience in Java & J2EE.
- Should have 6 to 8 years of Struts & Spring framework experience, Spring Boot, Microservices, ReactJS.
- Should have 8 years of J2EE design (Design pattern, Framework, architectural knowledge).
- Should have Release Management experience (handled multiple projects).
- Should have experience in Change management experience.
- Should have knowledge or working experience on latest technology trends (PCF, Microservices & Amazon cloud, Docker).




- Scrum certified.
