- Supervise all finishing works including plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, false ceiling, waterproofing, joinery, and interior works.
- Monitor site execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and site teams for smooth execution of finishing activities.
- Ensure timely completion of works as per project schedule.
- Conduct quality inspections and rectify finishing defects/issues.
- Maintain material consumption records and ensure proper utilization of materials.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update management on work status.
- Ensure safety standards and housekeeping at site during execution.
- Assist in measurement verification and billing of contractors.
