Location: Jammu | Himachal Pradesh | Ladakh | Srinagar | Pathankot | Dharamshala | Chandigarh

Salary: Up to ₹7 LPA

Products to be handled:

- Life Insurance
- Health Insurance
- Motor Insurance
- Experience in SME Products will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit and onboard new Agency Partners.
- Train partners on company products and processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners.
- Achieve business targets through the Agency Channel.
- Coordinate with Operations to ensure smooth processing.
- Handle Health, Motor and Property Insurance products.
- Follow up on pending leads and references.
- Stay updated on products and company training.

Key Qualifications & Skills:





- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Agency Channel.
- Preferred candidates from the Insurance or Broking Industry.
- Good communication skills in the regional language.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
