Job Summary
Kitchen Decor is seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance activities at our factory in Pirangut. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of machinery, equipment, and factory infrastructure while supervising maintenance work and minimizing downtime.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily maintenance activities across the factory.
- Ensure timely preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Monitor and coordinate electrical, mechanical, carpentry, and plumbing maintenance work.
- Diagnose equipment issues and ensure quick resolution to minimize production downtime.
- Plan and schedule maintenance activities with the production team.
- Maintain records of maintenance work, repairs, and equipment performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company maintenance procedures.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for major repairs when required.
- Monitor the availability of spare parts and maintenance tools.
- Train and guide maintenance technicians and support staff.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar maintenance role.
- Good knowledge of electrical, mechanical, carpentry, and plumbing systems.
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to supervise a maintenance team and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
- ITI, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related technical field is preferred.
