Supplymint is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented QA Engineer with 1–3 years of experience in Manual Testing. The ideal candidate should have a strong quality mindset, be willing to take ownership, and continuously look for opportunities to improve and automate testing processes. Experience in Automation Testing is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases based on business and functional requirements.
- Identify, document, track, and verify defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
- Analyze test results and provide transparent feedback to the development team.
- Take ownership of quality initiatives and proactively identify areas for process improvement.
- Contribute to test automation efforts and help build automation wherever feasible.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in Manual Software Testing.
- Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)



and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with bug tracking and test management tools.
- Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to Automation Testing using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar.
- Knowledge of API testing using tools like Postman.
- Basic understanding of SQL and databases.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
