Key Responsibilities

- Collect, label, and process patient samples accurately.
- Perform routine laboratory investigations in Biochemistry, Hematology, Clinical Pathology, Serology, and Microbiology as per standard protocols.
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and analyzers.
- Ensure quality control procedures are followed for accurate test results.
- Maintain proper documentation of laboratory records and reports.
- Follow laboratory safety, infection control, and biomedical waste management protocols.
- Coordinate with doctors, pathologists, and other healthcare staff.
- Assist in inventory management of laboratory reagents and consumables.

Eligibility

- DMLT, BMLT, or MMLT from a recognized institution.
- Experience in a diagnostic centre or hospital laboratory is preferred.




- Freshers with relevant qualifications and practical training are also encouraged to apply.

Skills Required

- Positive knowledge of laboratory procedures and diagnostic testing.
- Ability to operate automated laboratory equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) is preferred.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
