2. Spec understanding, Testing and Evaluation of HVAC system parts

3. Cost & Weight understanding through VA-VE and Benchmarking

4. Interaction with Vendor / Related Agencies for design and

Development Activities

5. Analysis of Quality Issues from Production and Market

Competency Requirement:
Technical/Functional:
Experience in Heat load calculations of HVAC system

Hands on experience of Design /Develop/Test HVAC system and related Interior parts

Able to Analyze/ Initiate countermeasure for Quality issues

Able to work on DMU /3D Modeling/2D Drawing

Able to perform the vehicle level evaluation

Experience in HVAC systems Design & development with Automotive OEMs

Should have experience of working on Unigraphics etc.

Understanding of Applicable Regulation &Testing; requirements

Educational Requirements:
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engg.
