- Managing IPD/OPD bills, processing Mediclaim, and reconciling claims with insurance companies and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs).
- Processing employee salaries, tax deductions (TDS, PF), and calculating doctor payouts and incentives.
- Overseeing accounts payable/receivable, maintaining general ledgers, and executing vendor payments.
- Maintaining the privacy, security and accuracy of the entire medical and financial records.
- Ensuring statutory compliance, including GST and tax filings
- Generating financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), preparing hospital tariffs, and managing budgets.
- Having excellent interpersonal skills.
- Working independently “and” as a valued member of the team.
- Following established protocols.
- Having computer skills in Tally.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
