Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Accounts Payable (AP) processes, maintaining accurate financial records, processing vendor transactions, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations. Fresh graduates with a strong understanding of accounting principles and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Process vendor invoices after verifying supporting documents.
- Prepare and process vendor payments within agreed timelines.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies.
- Record accounting transactions accurately in the ERP system.
- Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and account reconciliations.
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to resolve payment-related queries.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) from a recognized university.

Experience





- 0–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), or General Accounting.
- Fresh graduates with strong accounting fundamentals are welcome to apply.

Skills & Requirements

- Good understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Working knowledge of Oracle ERP.
- Experience with NetSuite ERP will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reconciliations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
