Job Title: Outreach Manager

Job Summary

The Outreach Manager will be responsible for planning and executing student recruitment and outreach initiatives to increase awareness and admissions for AIMCW. The role involves building relationships with schools, coaching institutes, educational consultants, parents, and community organizations while promoting the institution's unique military-oriented academic programs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement annual outreach and student recruitment strategies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, junior colleges, coaching institutes, and educational partners.

Organize school visits, career counseling sessions, seminars, webinars, and admission awareness programs.

Represent the institution at education fairs, exhibitions, and community events.

Coordinate campus tours, open houses, and student engagement activities.

Generate and track prospective student leads and ensure timely follow-up.

Collaborate with the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets.

Maintain a database of outreach activities, leads, and conversion metrics.

Develop promotional materials and support marketing campaigns.

Engage with parents and prospective students to address queries regarding programs, admissions, scholarships, and career opportunities.





Establish partnerships with organizations related to defense services, NCC, and leadership development.

Prepare outreach reports and present performance updates to management.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.

5–10 years of experience in outreach, admissions, business development, marketing, or student recruitment.

Experience in the education sector is preferred.

Strong networking, presentation, and relationship-management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Willingness to travel extensively for outreach activities.

Compensation

Salary and advantages will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and institutional policies.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
