Job Description: Product Manager (Education / EdTech)

Location: Greater Noida

Experience Required: 3 – 5 Years

Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Industry Preference: Education / EdTech

Qualification: MBA (Preferred)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a agile and experienced Product Manager from the education/EdTech sector who has hands-on experience in teacher product orientation and conducting teacher workshops. The ideal candidate will play a key role in product positioning, training, and adoption across educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct teacher product orientation sessions

· Plan and execute teacher training workshops (online & offline)

· Collaborate with internal teams for product improvement

· Gather feedback from educators and stakeholders

· Support sales teams with product demonstrations

· Ensure successful onboarding and implementation

· Travel (approx. 20%)



for workshops and meetings

Required Skills & Competencies:

· Strong communication and presentation skills

· Experience in teacher engagement and workshops

· Understanding of education products

· Stakeholder management skills

· Problem-solving mindset

· Willingness to travel

Eligibility Criteria:

· MBA (Preferred)

· 3–5 years experience in Education / EdTech

· Experience in teacher training programs

Preferred Candidate Profile:

· Background in EdTech or academic publishing

· Comfortable interacting with teachers and school management
