Key Responsibilities
- Handle pre-primary students with care, patience, and enthusiasm
- Conduct fun learning activities, storytelling, rhymes, and basic concept teaching
- Create a positive, safe, and engaging classroom workplace
- Support children in their social, emotional, and academic development
- Maintain classroom discipline in a friendly and nurturing manner
- Coordinate with parents regarding students’ progress and activities
- Participate in school events and classroom planning activities
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly and child-loving personality
- Creativity and activity-based teaching approach
- Patience and positive attitude
- Basic classroom management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- PG pursuing or completed candidates preferred
