Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges to maintain project timelines and quality standards.

Skilled & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and inventory management within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Materials Management modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical specifications for software development.
- Familiarity with integration of SAP MM with other SAP modules and external systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP MM functionalities and workflows.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
