We are looking for a high-energy Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing software team. You will be responsible for driving revenue by pitching our core software solutions—including CRMs, Digital Business Cards, and E-commerce platforms—to businesses across India and the Middle East.

This is a hybrid role that combines the comfort of working from home with the collaborative energy of our office. Whether you are an experienced closer or a motivated fresher with a passion for tech, we provide the environment for you to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify Opportunities: Prospect and generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, and digital networking.
- Consultative Selling: Understand client pain points and present our software (CRM, HRM, or Retail Systems) as the ideal solution.
- Closing Deals: Lead the end-to-end sales process from initial demo to contract signing.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term trust with clients to ensure high retention and referral rates.
- Reporting:



Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipelines in our internal CRM.

What We Are Looking For

- Communication: Fluency in English and Malayalam is essential.
- Tech Savvy: A basic understanding of how software (SaaS) adds value to a business.
- Resilience: A "never give up" attitude and the ability to handle sales targets.
- Experience: While 0–2 years in IT sales is a plus, freshers with exceptional communication skills are encouraged to apply. ### Benefits & Perks
