Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive sales growth, expand market presence, and manage distributor and retail operations within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the FMCG Food & Beverages industry, distributor management, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve primary and secondary sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Appoint, develop, and manage distributors to ensure business growth.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor Sales Officers, Area Sales Executives (ASEs), and Sales Representatives (SRs).
- Increase product distribution, visibility, and market share.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Ensure effective implementation of sales strategies, promotional activities, and trade schemes.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Review sales performance and prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly sales reports.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor team performance and retailer coverage.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from distributors.
- Maintain healthy distributor inventory and minimize stock-outs.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams for smooth business execution.
- Resolve distributor and customer concerns promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and reporting standards.
